Lewis Jones Care Ltd operates a Domiciliary Care Agency and a Supported Living Service in Gwynedd. This means that our skilled staff team can offer support to people in promoting and maintaining their independence in their own home.

We can offer specialised support to adults with a learning disability or mental health disorder who wish to live in their own home rather than a residential home. Support is provided in areas such as personal care, budgeting, daily and social skills, leisure and work activities.

All support packages are individually planned and charged accordingly.
