The house is continuously staffed 24 hours a day, by dedicated members who have completed, or are working towards, an NVQ qualification in Care.

All our staff are committed to ongoing training and development to ensure we consistently meet the needs of our clients.

Levels of staffing are determined by individual clients' requirements so that the right amount of care and support is achieved.
