Gwynfa is a delightfully positioned, detached house in the centre of Llanbedr village – an area of outstanding natural beauty within Snowdonia National Park.

The house is registered as a home for four adults with learning disabilities, mental disorders and/ or challenging behaviour with the C.S.S.I.W..

Clients benefit from the privacy of their own spacious room with wash-basin (two en-suite rooms are available) and can contribute to the room's internal design and décor.

There is also a good sized garden featuring a pretty patio area, lawn and vegetable plot.

Location

Gwynfa is within easy walking distance of the village shops, Post Office, pubs, church and other amenities, and clients are actively encouraged to participate in community activities.

Llanbedr is linked with all main-line stations via the Cambrian Coast rail network and is situated on the A496 coast road between Barmouth (7 miles) and Harlech (4 miles).
